The purpose of this research study is to understand the experiences of individuals with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) who are religious or spiritual -- or those who used to be religious or spiritual but are no longer. As part of this survey, you will be asked questions about yourself, your OCD symptoms, your beliefs, and any stressful religion-based experiences you may have had. You are eligible to participate if you are 18 years of age or older and have (or have ever had) OCD.
